You will be notified by email a few days prior to your subscription’s expiration, on the day of expiration, and a few days after expiration. Follow the instructions in the email to renew your subscription.
You will be contacted by email when upgrades to a product are available. If there is a change to your email address, please contact support to update it.
As long as your subscription has not expired, you can move the Unbound product from one device to another by deleting the software from the old device and following the proper installation instructions for the new device. (If you have installed to more than two devices, you will need to contact support to have your account switched to the new device.)

We highly recommend using a device that operates on iOS (iPhone, iPod touch, iPad), Android OS, Windows Phone OS, or BlackBerry OS (with memory card support).
Several Unbound Medicine products include companion websites which are available from any computer or device with internet access. To see if your product includes a companion website, click here. Our companion websites give you full access to the content of your product as long as your subscription is current. If your subscription to any product is no longer current, please renew it.
If you don’t recall the username or password for your account, click the "Forgot your Password?" or "Forgot your Username?" links and we’ll email the information to you. If you don’t receive an email containing your username and password, please check your spam filter or junk mail before contacting support.
Grasp™ is a mobile and web study solution that uses a proven learning method to help you master unfamiliar concepts or prepare for an exam. Grasp users can build decks on the web using content from trusted resources.

Glimpse™ is a new feature included with the Nursing Central and Taber’s Medical Dictionary that allows you to look up definitions and information on diseases and drugs in-text.
To use Glimpse, simply highlight the word you want to define. A definition box will appear next to the highlighted word.
